Exchequer: Michael of the Westermark: Our account is the lowest ever: $855.67. However, Joel reports that there is $200 in our NEW banking account, so that brings the total up. We have a new Comerica account that is no-fee!

Herald: Kean de Lacy: Not present. It was reported that he will not be at Madness, so we need someone else to perform as herald at that event.

Constable: Aurelia D'Ouessant: Not present.

Marshall: William Warren: Nothing to report.

Chronicler: Verina of Nova Roma: All is Well!

A&S Minister: Aurelia D'Ouessant: Not present.

Chatelaine: Linda of the Lakelands: All is Well!

Item #3: Madness 2016

Madness has been set at September 17th, 2016. The event is to be at 3500 Higgins Road in Half Moon Bay. It will take place from 9 am to 6 pm. There will be archery at the event. Meat will be provided, and everything else is pot luck. Our expenses for the day will be at least $550. There is no gate fee. We are asking for donations and hoping for generosity. There will be Gold Key garb available. Please note, there is NO running water at the location, so make sure you have plenty for your party. Also, please bring trash bags and be prepared to remove your own trash. The first planning meeting for Madness is to take place directly after this meeting (at Harry's Hofbrau). And the second planning meeting will happen after next month's Baronial Meeting, so also at Harry's. Proof of Insurance has been submitted. It was $50. Page Copy has been submitted.

Item #4: new meeting location discussion

Still searching for a better alternative. As there was no one in the meeting room at Harry's Hofbrau, Joel is going to talk to the management and see if we can get our room back.
