The seasonal wheel turns once more around to gentle times, cool breezes and great fun! Come to the Barony of the Westermark (any rumors you heard about plague destroying our populus will be emphatically denied!) to enjoy that most noble of pursuits, the hunt! Bring your stout arm, your best bow, keen aim and take part in period shoots, walk in the Westermark’s forests and ‘hunt’ our quarry – 3d targets of deer, boar and bear and more. An Arts and Sciences display is planned so please bring your most recent project to showcase. Sunshades are welcome. Please check the Barony of the Westermark website for updates.

Sight opens at 8:30 AM and closes at sundown. Practice is from 9:00 AM to 9:30
AM and the Events start at 10:00 AM.
Due to insurance reasons, and County Park Regulations,
crossbows are not permitted.
Please wear footwear that you can hike in for the hunt
trail.

From San Francisco and the North:
Take 280 South to Highway 1, go south to Pacifica,
take the Sharp Park Road, Fairway Drive Exit,
make a right onto Fairway Drive,
go across the freeway and make a right onto Lundy,
travel 100 yards and make a left at the sign.
From the Peninsula:
North on US-101 towards SF, take the I-380 West/San Bruno
Exit (I-280),
take the Avalon Drive/Westborough Blvd. Exit,
turn Left on Westborough Blvd.,
continue on Sharp Park Road,
at the bottom of the hill make a left onto Lundy (before
the bridge) go through the stop sign,
go 100 yard, make a left at the sign.
