Party or Vigil room requirements
If you are planning any sort of party or vigil, we are reserving space on the 2nd floor as our "social/party" floor, so that it will be easier for all your guests to find your event and will help us to not disturb any non-SCA hotel guests. We will work with the hotel to make sure you get the rooms you would like on the 2nd floor, if you let the committee know your requirements after you book your room with the hotel.
